Our goal here at Norm’s is to provide you with the best experience one can have when purchasing a shirt. Yea, everyone else says that, but we mean it. We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions that will answer most questions that you may have.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and charge $6.00 per order for shipment within the Continental United States. There is a $10.00 shipping fee for items being shipped outside the US. Most shirts are shipped within 3 days of ordering, if not sooner. If an item is on back order you will be contacted within 24hrs of the order.

Payment Options

Norm’s Brand currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Wholesale

Norm’s Brand does offer wholesale pricing. If you are interested in carrying Norm’s Brand in your store please email wholesale@normsbrand.com.

Name on Credit Card Bill

Norm’s Ink will appear on your credit card bill not Norm’s Brand. Norm’s Ink is the legal name of our company.

Returns

Norm’s Brand wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. You may return an item for exchange or refund within 14 days of the shipping date with pre-approval. The returned item must be in ORIGINAL condition. If there is a defect with your item contact Norm’s Brand immediately and it will be taken care of returns@normsbrand.com.

Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition (with tags/unworn/unwashed). YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, please allow 7-10 business days to process. Returns may be refunded by check.

Return Procedure

  • To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, send us an Email first explaining the reason for the return. Send e-mail to returns@normsbrand.com
  • For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request
  • NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number.
  • Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
  • Returns must be 100% complete, in ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that do not meet these requirements.

**The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
